As a newsroom researcher, Irma is accustomed to producing data-based reports on various topics and conducting popular research. Recently, she graduated from the master’s program in Media and Communication Science at Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany.

He has received several awards and fellowships, including the Chevening Awards (2023), Thomson Reuters Changemaker (2022), Climate Change Media Partnership (CCMP) Fellow to cover COP 27 in Egypt (2022), and Grantee Fellow at the Pulitzer Center’s Rainforest Journalism Fund (2020). Since 2019, Rezza has been actively involved as an instructor and mentor at IDJN, particularly for data-driven environmental reporting.

Louis LugasLouis Lugas is a web developer and graphic designer who has worked on various infographics and both interactive and non-interactive visual journalism. Lugas has created a range of infographics, interactive articles, news games, and web games for various media outlets and NGOs in Indonesia and internationally. The scope of his work is highly varied, encompassing research, data scraping, mapping, programming, and writing. He has previously worked for Tirto.id and is currently employed at Deduktif. - Nenden Sekar Arum
She worked as a journalist from 2012 to 2016. She began her career as a reporter at a local daily newspaper in Solo (Solopos), then moved to an economic and business newspaper (Bisnis Indonesia). During that time, she covered issues related to the stock market, trade, tourism, and entrepreneurship. She continued her career as a researcher and data analyst at Katadata.co.id (2018-2019). Currently, she actively advocates for digital rights and addresses online gender-based violence (OGBV) in Indonesia with the Southeast Asia Freedom of Expression Network (SAFEnet), while also working as a freelance analyst for several research and data companies.

Juma MaulanaJuma is a GIS Analyst at Pantau Gambut. He has extensive experience in conducting spatial analysis, including spatial research to understand earth observation and monitoring. Juma is skilled in operating spatial software and performing geocoding for expert spatial analysis.
